We are providing Construction Management Services on behalf of Linc Cymru Housing Association to undertake extensive re-roofing works at their Care Home in Ebbw Vale. The care home will continue to operate during the works making communication and health and safety paramount whilst we manage these essential repairs.

Refurbishment and extension of a former hotel on the outskirts of Barry to form 10 self-contained apartments for interim accomodation for the homeless (Sui Gereris). Includes the complete internal refurbishment including new structural floors and roof finsihes throughout and upgrade of the existing envelope to current standards. New single storey extensions are to be constructed to the front and rear and formation of new dormers to provide additional space at first floor level.
