What we do
Synergy Construction Management were formed in late 2023 as a Construction Consultancy, employing both Construction Managers and Commercial Managers experienced in Design and Build Construction in the Housing and Care Sectors in Wales and the South West. Since our formation we've have tailored our services to include traditional main contracting. Our services are flexible and can be tailored to your needs.
Our main focus on Construction Management remains, which we believe provides a better way of delivering for our clients. However, we are sufficiently experienced, financially capable and insured to provide traditional main contracting should this be the clients preference.

Our Construction Mangement proposal can typically save between 15 - 20% on the cost of traditional Design and Build contracting in addition to removing the risk of Main Contractor insolvency, creating shared team goals and contracting on an open, non-adversarial basis. Most importantly in the current climate, the Construction Management method provides much needed financial protection to the supply chain without the need for Project Bank Accounts, PCG’s or insolvency cover.

Our experience
The Synergy team of Construction Managers and Quantity Surveyors have vast experience in traditional design and build contracting. We bring a wealth of knowedge in Project Management, Site logistics and Commercial Management of multiple trades utilising techniques and processes honed during our collective experience working for respected design and build contractors in Wales and the South West.
We are a Contractor with integrity; professional conduct forms the basis of our operation. Since our formation in 2023 we have developed systems and policies to provide the platform to maintain the highest standards of ethics, professionalism and business conduct.

We have full SSIP (Safety Schemes in Procurement) accreditation and are registered with both SMAS Worksafe and Acclaim.

Policy and Procedures
We have been validated against PAS91 criteria and passed additional modules to achieve 'Gold Accreditation' by Constructionline. This was achieved within our first year of trading demonstrating our professionalism from the outset
